Hanon x Clarks Ashcott

Trotz und gerade wegen der großen Infrared-Aufregung möchte ich euch noch einen Schuh ans Herz legen, der ebenfalls noch diese Woche released wird: der Hanon x Clarks Ashcott. Auch wenn es kein reiner Sneaker ist, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Clarks of England und dem schottischen Sneaker Shop Hanon kann sich meiner Meinung nach durchaus sehen lassen …

Das Modell Ashcott wurde ursprünglich im Jahre 1976 von Clarks gelaunched. Vergleicht man aktuelle Casual “Sneaker” mit dem Ashcott, so erkennt man hier und da durchaus Parallelen. Was spricht also dagegen, den Schuh noch einmal frisch gemacht ins Gedächtnis zu rufen?

“We have collaborated with Clarks on two special editions of the Ashcott, a tech tuff leather version and a perforated suede.  Each model has a premium upper and nods in the direction of performance. Tech Tuff is a laminated woven material that is extremely durable and resistant to abrasion whilst the perforation on the suede offers breathability in its most simple form.

Both models come with three sets of laces, two tonal styles and a brightly coloured option to mirror the collar detail and footbed.”

Am 3. Juli wird der Ashcott offiziell im Hanon Shop released und dürfte in Anbetracht der momentanen Wechselkurse durachaus interessant für deutsche Clarks-Fans sein.
